Cameroon Slams Ex-International With 5 Year Ban

Former Cameroon international and Indomitable Lions defender Geremi Njitap has been slammed with a five-year suspension by the Cameroonian Football Federation (FECAFOOT).

The ex-Real Madrid star has long been at odds with FECAFOOT president Samuel Eto’o.

The disciplinary action stems from a reported incident involving Eto’o’s protocol officer inside the Indomitable Lions’ dressing room during the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire.
