Sallah: Ephraim Usman, Gifts 2,000 Bags Of Rice, To Kanam Citizens

The Eid-el-Kabir Sallah Celebrations in Kanam local government area of Plateau state will be remembered for a long time to come.



The reason is not far fetched as Plateau state Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Ephraim Usman distributed 2,000 bags of rice to people of his locality in Kanam.


The donation of the bags of rice is coming barely three weeks after the same Commissioner in his individual capacity donated 2 classroom blocks to two different communities within Kanam.


A total of 285 Polling units that cut across Birbyang, Dengi, Dugub, Gagdi,Garga, Gumsher, Gwamlar, Jarmai, Jom, Kanam, Kantana, Kunkyam,Munbutbo and Namaran registration areas benefited from the gesture.


Honorable Usman told beneficiaries to support the current administration in Plateau state as led by Governor Caleb Mutfwang, assuring them of more dividends to come their way under this dispensation.

The beneficiaries of Honorable Ephraim’s sallah rice gift were visibly elated and, could not hide their appreciation and praise for his relentless show of love to the people. .


The beneficiaries alluded to the fact that Honorable Ephraim would make a good representation at National Assembly if given the opportunity in the next dispensation, saying that has been their collective resolution to put all hands on deck for the manifestation of their collective wish.


Shortly after the distribution of the Chief Ephraim Usman took time out his busy schedule to visit the families of the late Husaini Adafa, , Hajiya Lami Alhaji. Hashimu, Garga, and Sule Musa, to offer condolences to the families .


Commissioner Ephraim Usman emphasized the importance of humanity and relationships beyond political affiliations.
