The Nigerian Government has re-arrested the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
The IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu has been re arraigned on terrorism charges before the Federal High Court in Abuja
Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami at an emergency media briefing in Abuja confirmed the re-arrest of Nnamdi Kanu.
Meanwhile operatives of the Department of State Service have produced the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra before Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
Mister Kanu, who was brought to the court amidst tight security, arrived at the court at about 1:40pm.
However, all entrances to the court have been sealed off and the hearing is ongoing
When Malami was asked where Nnamdi Kanu was actually arrested, he gave no reply but police authorities have confirmed that the IPOB leader was arrested in Nigeria when he sneaked into the country
