Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang is in court as hearing into the petition brought against him and the PDP by the APC begins.
The APC Governorship Candidate, Nentawe Yiltwada though absent in court, his deputy, Pam Botmang was however present in court.
The tribunal began Monday's session by listening to the argument of the Counsel to the petitioner , Professor Kayode Olatoke on the admissibility of some of the documents they had requested from INEC.
